Return Policy

Our online store allows you to return products for any reason, which you are not required to notify us. The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of your order. Our company recommends that you make a first inspection upon receipt of your order so that you can be sure that your package does not have any obvious defects (eg it is not broken, it is the right product, etc.). This check is not mandatory and failure to do so will not restrict your rights. In order for the return to be accepted, you must:

  • No refunds will be made for discounted products or products on offer.

  • The return of the product should be done by ELTA Courier only and delivered to our headquarters. We have the right to refuse returns returned by mail or to non-cooperating companies.
  • In all the above cases, the receipt / shipping costs (courier and bank expenses) are borne by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until they are received.

Return Cost  Our online store is charged with the cost of returning the product only when:

  • It has been delivered late (except in cases of force majeure).
  • It has been delivered with a fault or is defective.
  • It does not have the features that are presented in our online store.
  • When contacting the courier to receive the parcel, please state receipt.
  • In any other case, the cost of the return is borne by the customer, who will be responsible for the loss, destruction or deterioration of the returned products until they are received.

Ways to Arrange a Return As long as you decide to return the merchandise you purchased, you can choose how to return the refund. The possibilities given to you by our online store are: Sending a new product – This new product can be the same or similar to the previous one or you can choose another product from our online store.

Withdrawal The customer can withdraw the sale within 14 calendar days from the shipment of the product and at his own expense to return it to the company. The company is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY in case there is no wear and tear and is accompanied by proof of purchase.
